By purchasing your package in advance, you guarantee all your photos in high resolution and you even start receiving photos before the event launches. ATTENTION: After picking up your competition kit, you must enter the bib number or the competitor's number for the package to be effective. Go to the My Requests section on our website or the Fotop app and enter that number to receive your photos. Photo delivery: download your photos directly from the FOTOP app. You will also receive a notification when your photos are available for download in your registered email. Photographs can be submitted up to 3 days after the publication of the event, in high resolution digital format (3,000 pixels). NOTE: - The minimum number of photos guaranteed in the package is 5 photos per athlete (including route and arrival) - After entering the number, the package becomes personal and non-transferable. - If you find your photos among the unidentified files, please contact sac@fotop.com.br, providing the code of the photo (s) (located below the photo) within 7 days after the event so that your request can be reprocessed. Cancellation and Refund Policy: If you want to cancel your order, the request must be made up to 3 days before the event, by sending an email to sac@fotop.com.br. There will be no cancellations after this period. If you don't have the minimum number of 5 photos offered, you must request a return within 30 days of the event via sac@fotop.com.br. Refund requests will not be accepted after this period. Refunds and cancellations will be made within 30 days of the request using the payment method used for the order.
